Veggie Burgers With Corn on the Cob and Wedges


  1. For the wedges, chop potatoes (or sweet potatoes) into wedges, season with salt and pepper (add cajun or other seasoning if you fancy) and cook with oil in the oven on a high heat. Shake them every now and again.
  2. Season some corn on the cob and brush with oil, cook them under the grill turning often.
  3. Cook the quorn burgers according to the packet - you can get the normal beef-style ones or the breaded chicken-style fillets are quite good too.
  4. Serve in a bun with salad and tomatoes and your favourite sauce.
