Toad in the Hole


  1. Put some oil in a large-ish roasting dish (glass is best for this) with the veggie sausages, and cook them in the oven.
  2. Meanwhile, make up some yorkshire pudding batter.
  3. When the sausages are pretty much cooked and the oil is hot, pour the yorkshire pudding batter around them and cook for about 25 mins, or until the batter looks golden. Serve with gravy (I usually just use granules) and some green veg.
