Swedish Veggie Meatballs


  1. Cook a pack of Quorn Swedish meatballs in the oven.
  2. Meanwhile, make some mashed potatoes, adding milk and butter to make it nice and smooth.
  3. Make the creamy gravy by stirring some cornflour into hot veg stock (or just use gravy granules), and stir through some cream or philadelphia to make it creamy.
  4. Pour the gravy over the mash and meatballs and serve with blackcurrent jam (the closest I can find to lingonberry which is what they serve at Ikea!)
