Mexican Bean Wraps


  1. In a frying pan with some oil, cook onions, garlic, chilli and peppers.
  2. Add some quorn mince and cook for a bit. Add a couple of tins of Mixed Beans in Chilli sauce.
  3. Add some seasoning and and extra herbs or spices you fancy.
  4. Once cooked, serve with tortilla wraps, lettuce, sour cream and grated cheese. I usually put all the separate bits in bowls on the table so people can build their own wraps!
