Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Miso paste (I use the Genmai miso brand)
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • a large 1-2″ piece of ginger (approx. 10 grams)
  • 1.5 - 2 tbsp tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
